To purchase an available work, you have to indicate us by email (info@bertaginerart.com ) or through the form (Contact), the title of the work you wish to purchase + the city/country of destination.
We will answer you and indicate the price + transport costs to the indicated destination.
If you are happy with the budget, you can purchase the artwork by bank transfer or Paypal.

The Series you wish to order + the title of the work + approximate measurements + country and city of destination.
We will send you the budget as soon as possible (check your spam folder, in case you don’t have our email address registered).
The delivery time of the part will depend on Berta’s workload. Currently, lead times vary from 35 to 45 days from the acceptance of the quotation and payment of the part.
Once the painter has finished the piece, she will send you photographs + a video, so that you can see the work in detail before sending it to you.
The available works have a Satisfaction Guarantee.
You will be able to see how the work will look in your space and, if you wish, you can exchange the work for another available piece, or request a return (in this case, you will receive the full amount of the work, minus shipping costs).
To date, no collector has returned or exchanged any of the works acquired from Berta Giner.
The custom-made works, as they are made to order, do not allow returns or exchanges.
We ship to all countries in the world.
The cost varies depending on the size of the work and the destination.

The times vary depending on the destination and the type of packaging required by the work (in case of works of more than 150cm of side, we send them in wooden crate to the measure, and it requires a time of manufacture).
Approximate shipping times and deadlines:
Spain (mainland and islands): between 7 and 14 days.
Europe: between 10 and 20 days.

Some of the works available are framed by the painter’s decision, and others are not.

In any case it depends on the possible limitations that the transport of the part/s may present.
If you select Paypal to make the payment, you will be able to do it in 3 installments without interest.
Each work is sent with its corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (signed by the painter) and the purchase invoice.
You can purchase a gift voucher to be redeemed by the person of your choice.
We can send it to you by email (or printed) to the address you specify.
Yes, as long as the Series to which the work you want belongs, allows commissioned works. You can contact us at info@bertaginerart.com to confirm if this is possible.
